IMD Predicts Rain In Gwalior-Chambal Region For Next 24 Hours

The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted light rainfall in the Gwalior-Chambal region of Madhya Pradesh for the next 24 hours. Meanwhile, a severe cold wave and dense fog engulfed Bhopal this morning, resulting in low visibility. The Met office in Bhopal has predicted the same weather conditions in the state for the next few days.
Senior Meteorologist at IMD Bhopal, Ramendra Kumar, revealed that Narsinghpur recorded the minimum temperature in the state, which is 10.4 degrees, while the minimum temperature in Bhopal was recorded at 15.6 degrees. Kumar said that the temperature is likely to remain the same in the next 24 hours. He also stressed that the visibility at the airport in Bhopal was 400 meters at around 3:00 am, and after that, it became 800 meters.
A meteorologist at IMD Bhopal, Ramendra Kumar, said that shallow to moderate fog is currently observed in western Madhya Pradesh, and moderate fog is observed in the Gwalior-Chambal divisions. He also said that Gwalior, Naugaon, Datia, Shivpuri, and Khajurao were among the big cities that recorded the lowest temperatures in the state. According to the Met office, Gwalior, with a minimum temperature of 7.9 degrees, was the coldest.
