Rahul Gandhi To Campaign In J&K For NC-Congress Alliance

Congress key leader Rahul Gandhi will be addressing two election rallies in Jammu and Kashmir. He will campaign for NC-Congress alliance candidates on September 4, as per sources.

AICC general secretary Ghulam Ahmad Mir said that it was the desire of the candidates of the alliance and the people of J&K in to have Gandhi campaign in the Union territory. “Rahulji will visit J&K on September 4 and will address election campaign rallies in Kashmir as well as Jammu for the alliance candidates,” he added.

Rahul Gandhi will also be visiting US from September 8-10. He will hold numerous interactions in Washington DC and Dallas, including at the University of Texas. Indian Overseas Congress chief Sam Pitorda shared details of Gandhi’s visit to the US. “He (Gandhi) is coming to the US for a very brief visit. He will be in Dallas on September 8 and Washington DC on September 9 and 10,” he said.
