A combination of anti-incumbency sentiment and the new winds of change sweeping the state may be seen in nearly half of the 119 lawmakers proclaimed elected on Sunday who are first-timers. Of them, three are from the AIMIM, nine are from the BRS, six are from the BJP, and 34 are from the Congress. Nonetheless, a number of them, including K. Premsagar Rao, Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, Padi Kaushik Reddy, and Kotha Prabhakar Reddy, were previously elected as MLCs and MPs. In the meantime, the youngest candidate is Mamidala Yashaswini Reddy, who was elected from the Palakurthi constituency and is 26 years old. She also undergoes a political baptism with this.
