From this point on, the focus is on Delhi. To respond to the call, Kharge is scheduled to meet on Tuesday with the party’s upper echelon, which includes Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi-Vadra, and general secretary (organization) K.C. Venugopal. The senior leaders N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, Damodar Rajanarsimha, Seethakka, Tummala Nageswara Rao, Ponnam Prabhakar, D. Sreedhar Babu, Premsagar Rao, Balu Naik, and Konda Surekha seconded the resolution, which was proposed by TPCC chief A. Revanth Reddy. Following Monday’s unanimous passage of the resolution, Shivakumar and other AICC observers met one-on-one with the MLAs-elect to find out which candidate they favored for leader. The high command of the party will be influenced by the report that the AICC observers are likely to provide. Despite reports that there were disagreements at the CLP meeting and that some senior leaders were adamantly against Revanth Reddy being named Chief Minister, party sources denied these reports, At a different hotel in Jubilee Hills, Shivakumar met separately with top leaders Uttam Kumar Reddy, Bhatti, and Komatireddy Rajgopal Reddy before the CLP meeting on Monday.
