The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) will conduct a three-day Sanatana Dharmika Sadas (Ancient Spiritual Convention) summit from February 3 to 5, 2024. It is known that the TTD is a big Hindu religious organization that manages the famous Lord Venkateshwara temple in Tirumala, Andhra Pradesh.
Earlier, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams invited peethadipatis (pontiffs) from across the country for the Sanatana Dharmika Sadas summit. The TTD Chairman, Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, stressed that the summit is aimed at leading a spiritual movement to sustain the values of Hindu Sanatana Dharma for future generations.
The TTD Chairman stressed that at least 57 pontiffs will join the summit and also said their suggestions in the ensuing Dharmika Sadas will further strengthen Sanatana Dharma. Reddy also said that TTD has been conducting many spiritual events under the auspices of its Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad (HDPP).
The TTD Chairman, Reddy, said that such summits are aimed at taking forward the values embedded in the great epics and the heritage, culture, and religious texts of the Hindu faith to the masses, especially younger generations. Reddy also said that these events prevent religious conversions in remote and backward areas.
