Microsoft Announces A 25-Year Engagement With Hyderabad

The India Development Centre (IDC) of Microsoft celebrated 25 years of operations in Hyderabad, a landmark milestone that has greatly influenced the technology landscape of the city.  The difficulties faced in the first stage were considered by Rajiv Kumar, managing director and corporate vice president of Microsoft’s experiences and devices. ” Bill Gates was the one who decided in 1998 that Hyderabad should win. This led to a deliberate pause in reconfiguration efforts, resulting in the concentration of resources on crucial domains like Office, server products, and Windows. The engineering expertise of the IDC was established during this time. An emphasis on security, mobile technology, business continuity services, and other areas has marked the last ten years of notable innovation. The development of the Azure Specialized AI Supercomputer, Microsoft 365 (Office) Mobile, support for Indian languages, and efforts to improve accessibility throughout the Windows ecosystem are just a few of the noteworthy contributions made by IDC. A new building will be constructed by Microsoft IDC to accommodate its expanding personnel as it moves into a new phase. While precise information about investments, employment strategies, and building layout is yet unknown, Microsoft presently employs about 20,000 experts in various Indian centers.
