Huge Rush Continues For Sarvadarshan At Tirumala Temple
According to the TTD, a total of 71,664 devotees took darshan, and 33,330 devotees were tonsured on Friday. TTD also revealed that Tirumala Hundi got 3.37 crore in income on January 26.
A huge rush of devotees continued for Sarvadarshan at Tirumala temple in Tirupathi today, January 27, 2024. Meanwhile, Srivaru devotees without the SSD tokens will have to wait 18 hours for Sarvadarshan, and at least 24 compartments have been filled so far.
As per the TTD date, a whopping 71,664 devotees visited the temple, and 33,330 devotees were tonsured on Friday. TTD also announced that Tirumala Hundi got 3.37 crore in income on January 26.
On the other side, the annual 7-day Teppotsavam of Sri Govindaraja Swamy temple will be performed from February 17–23, 2024, wherein the deities bless devotees and also parade on Mada streets during the period.
All details of the annual 7-day Teppotsavam festival are scheduled as per date. On February 1, Sri Kodandarama Swamy, on February 18- Sri Parthasarathi Swamy, and on February 19 Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy.
In addition to that, on February 20- Sri Krishna Swamy along with Sri Andal Ammavaru, and on February 21, 22, and 23 – Sri Govindarajaswami. According to the TTD, the artists of HDPP and Annamacharya projects will perform bhajans, harikathas, and bhakti sangeets on all 7 days.
