PM Modi Lauds Bihar-Based Famous Singer Maithili Thakur

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today praised Bihar-based famous singer Maithili Thakur for singing an emotional song on Maa Shabari ahead of the Ram Lalla Pran Pratishtha Ceremony on January 22. In fact, it is known that Maa Shabari offered half-eaten fruit to Shri Ram during his exile in the Ramayan.
PM Modi has shared a post on ‘X’ and stressed that the Pran Pratishtha ceremony is reminding the people in the country of incidents related to the life of Lord Sri Ram. Recently, PM Modi issued commemorative postage stamps on the Ram Temple of Ayodhya. However, the six commemorative stamps are: Ram Temple, Lord Ganesh, Lord Hanuman, Jatayu, Kevatraj, and Maa Shabri—each key figure and symbol associated with Lord Ram’s narrative.
