A severe heatwave continues to grip Telangana, with the HYD Meteorological Centre (RMC) issuing a red alert for both North and South Telangana until May 26. Bhadrachalam and Khammam recorded the highest temperatures at 45.6°C and 45.4°C respectively. Other regions also sizzled, including Ramagundam at 44.1°C, and Adilabad at 43.8°C.
