Union Minister Nityanand Rai reacted to DMK MP Dayanidhi Maran’s controversial remarks on Hindi-speaking people. Maran said Hindi speakers from UP and Bihar end up cleaning toilets in Tamil Nadu.
Nityanand Rai said that Maran and such people want to create unrest and divide the country into North and South regions. Nityanand Rai demanded that parties from Bihar, who are a part of the INDIA bloc, must condemn these statements from their ally.
“Dayanidhi Maran made a very objectionable statement. On one side, PM Modi speaks about ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas’, and these people want to divide North India and South India. But that won’t happen. Bihar parties part of the INDI alliance must condemn these statements,” Nityanand Rai said.
