While on his padyatra, Purandeswari highlighted his questions about the legitimacy of the Andhra commission and questioned Jagan’s devotion to the community, all the while flaunting the BJP’s record of establishing legally valid BC commissions in several states. Taking the initiative, Purandeswari defended her party’s steadfast support for reservations by citing the 27% reservation that is now in place in states that are governed by the BJP. She stated that she was inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commitment to addressing concerns in British Columbia and that she had complete faith in the BJP’s legal system, which is intended to ensure community justice. Purandeswari reaffirmed her party’s unwavering commitment to the BC community while defending the BJP’s initiatives in the face of Jagan’s charges. She echoed Modi’s goal and stated that all required steps are being taken at the federal and state levels to guarantee justice and fairness for the backward classes.
