Polling has commenced across Tamil Nadu, and voting is taking place in all 234 constituencies of Tamil Nadu, with 5.73 crore eligible voters and over 75,000 polling booths arranged. Simultaneously, West Bengal has launched its first phase of polling, covering 152 constituencies spread across 16 districts amid tight security and large voter participation.
