Madhya Pradesh Polls: Digvijay Singh Calls Jyotiraditya Scindia A “Traitor”

Madhya Pradesh former CM and veteran Congress leader Digvijaya Singh took a jibe at Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia ahead of the counting of votes on Sunday.

Responding to a question about horse trading ahead of the counting of votes, Singh said, “We are fully prepared. Now we have no Scindia left; hence, there is no traitor.” Recently, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi also called Scindia a ‘traitor’.

Scindia announced his resignation from the Congress party in March 2020.

Meanwhile, Rajya Sabha MP Digvijaya Singh today expressed his confidence about the forming Congress government in the state and said the Congress party would win more than 130 seats.
