All necessary arrangements have been made for the Assembly and Lok Sabha polls in Andhra Pradesh, which will be held on May 13. The voting will begin tomorrow at 7 a.m. in all 25 Lok Sabha and 175 Assembly seats in AP, and the polling will be closed at 6 p.m.
However, the much-heated poll campaigning has already concluded on May 11 in AP as part of the 4th phase of the polls. The filing of nominations has already concluded between April 18 and 25 for the AP polls. However, the counting of votes will be conducted on June 4.
The ruling YSRCP is fighting alone in the 2024 Assembly and Lok Sabha polls in Andhra Pradesh. The NDA alliance, comprising the Bharatiya Janatha Party, Telugu Desam Party, and Jana Sena Party, is fighting against the ruling YSRCP. The Indi alliance, comprising the Congress, CPI, and CPI (M), is also fighting against the ruling YSRCP.
