The Uttar Pradesh government will enforce a “No PUCC, No Fuel” policy across NCR districts from October 1 as part of a major anti-pollution drive. Vehicles without a valid Pollution Under Control Certificate will be denied fuel. The state aims to cut pollution by 30-35% through stricter emission norms and cleaner transport measures.
