It is known that the 1st Vande Bharat Express train was flagged off between Secunderabad and Vizag on January 15, 2023.
In a piece of great news for travelers, the second Vande Bharat Express train will run between Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam on March 13, 2024. According to the South Central Railway (SCR), PM Modi will kick off the 2nd VBE train via video conferencing.
In fact, at least 10 new Vande Bharat Express trains will be launched soon across the nation in view of the huge demand from tourists and regular travelers. It is known that the 1st Vande Bharat Express train was flagged off between Secunderabad and Vizag on January 15, 2023.
Amid the huge rush on the Vande Bharat Express trains, the second Vande Bharat Express train to run between Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam. However, the existing 1st Vande Bharat Train connecting Secunderabad and Vizag is running with more than 100% occupancy daily.
In between Secunderabad and Visakhapatnam, the Vande Bharat express train stops at Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, and Samalkot railway stations in both directions. However, the VB train consists of 7 AC chair cars and 1 executive AC chair car coach, with a capacity of at least 530 people.
