Central Government Gives Permission For FDI To Singapore Airlines
It is known that Tata-owned Air India said that the merger process of Singapore Airlines, the joint partners of Tata-Singapore Airlines, should be completed, and the process began in November 2022.
In the wake of the Vistara-Air India merger, the Central Government has given permission for foreign direct investment (FDI) to Singapore Airlines. Shares were allotted to Singapore Airlines in Air India.
