Jharkhand's new Chief Minister, Champai Soren, spoke at a press conference in Ranchi, and he revealed that the annual budget will be presented by the end of February 2024.
Earlier on Friday, Champai Soren officially took the oath as the new Chief Minister of Jharkhand at the Raj Bhavan in Ranchi.
