Thomas Tuchel Appointed As England Manager: Football Association

Thomas Tuchel has been appointed as England’s new manager, effective January 1, 2025. The 51-year-old, who previously managed Bayern Munich, succeeds Gareth Southgate as the permanent coach and becomes the third foreign manager for the Three Lions, following Sven-Goran Eriksson and Fabio Capello. Tuchel will be assisted by English coach Anthony Barry.
