The Regional Meteorological Centre has issued a heatwave alert across multiple AP districts, warning of severe conditions in 95 mandals and moderate heatwave risk in 101 mandals. Authorities have urged residents to stay alert and avoid outdoor exposure, especially between 11 am and 4 pm, as temperatures are also expected to rise sharply.
