Polling was delayed by around 30 minutes at 2 polling stations in Tirupur due to technical issues in electronic voting machines. At MN Murugappa Chettiyar Government Higher Secondary School on Uthukuli Road, the issue occurred after the first vote and was fixed within 20 minutes. A similar glitch on Noyyal Street also caused a brief delay before voting resumed.
