New Zealand cricketer Suzanne Bates has set a new record as the player with the most international matches in women’s cricket. Previously held by former Indian cricketer Mithali Raj, who played 333 matches, Bates surpassed this mark on Sunday during the final match of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. She has now played a total of 334 matches, including 163 ODIs and 171 T20 matches.
