A Bengaluru court sentenced Congress MLA Vinay Kulkarni to life imprisonment in the murder case of BJP leader Yogeshgouda Goudar. Fifteen others were also awarded life terms. The court had earlier found them guilty of murder and conspiracy. The ruling may lead to Kulkarni’s disqualification from the Karnataka Assembly, following CBI prosecution.
