Bihar CM Declines Skull Cap During Public Event

Samrat Choudhary, newly appointed Bihar Chief Minister, declined to wear a skullcap offered by a Muslim supporter during a public event. He instead accepted it in his hand and passed it to security. Later, he accepted a shawl from the same person, smiling and wearing it during the interaction, greeting supporters present there.
