Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has responded to his father, Anirudh Sinh Jadeja, who had blamed Jadeja’s wife, Rivaba, for the family rift. Anirudh Sinh, in an interview, stated, “Would you like me to share one truth with you? I have no relationship whatsoever with Rivaba, Ravindra’s wife. Both they and we don’t call each other. “This revelation sparked controversy on social media, with criticism directed at the Team India all-rounder for allegedly distancing himself from his parents, and some pointing fingers at Rivaba.
Jadeja responded by addressing the issue on social media.On platform ‘X,’ he posted a note in Gujarati, urging his father not to tarnish his wife’s image. He wrote, “Let’s ignore what’s said in the scripted interviews.” Jadeja denounced the comments made in the interview to Divya Bhaskar as meaningless and false, describing them as one-sided. He categorically denied the allegations and condemned the attempt to tarnish his wife’s image. The note also hinted at undisclosed matters, stating, “I too have a lot to say, but it is better that I don’t reveal those things in public.”
Despite missing the second Test due to a hamstring injury, Jadeja has reportedly shown good progress in his recovery. The management of the squad is hopeful that he will be available for the next games, especially the one on his home field.
