TDP MP Kesineni Nani Likely To Join YSRCP Ahead Of Lok Sabha Polls

Vijayawada MP and veteran TDP leader Kesineni Nani is likely to join the ruling YSR Congress Party ahead of the AP assembly polls and Lok Sabha polls. In this regard, Kesineni Nani will meet Andhra Pradesh CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy today. According to political circles, Nani is likely to be fielded as a YSRCP MP candidate from the Vijayawada Lok Sabha constituency for the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.

Earlier, Vijayawada MP Kesineni Nani declared that he would resign from the opposition TDP and also from his Lok Sabha membership after being upset with the TDP’s leadership. Meanwhile, Nani’s daughter, Kesineni Swetha, has also resigned from TDP and her corporate seat. On the other hand, the opposition TDP will field Nani’s younger brother, Kesineni Chinni, from Vijayawada.

In fact, Kesineni Srinivas, fondly known as Nani, is a senior politician and entrepreneur. Nani is praised by many as one of the most prominent pro-development political leaders across the nation. However, Nnai’s endeavor to establish Vijayawada as a top-tier living destination has been lauded by PM Modi. Kesineni Nani is currently serving as a Member of Parliament from the Vijayawada Parliamentary Constituency in Lok Sabha and also represents a 1.5 million-strong electorate.
