PM Modi Was Not Born In OBC, Misleading People: Rahul Gandhi

Rahul Gandhi, a Congress MP, asserted today that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is not an Other Backward Caste (OBC) member. Rahul Gandhi attacked Prime Minister Modi, claiming that by claiming to be an OBC leader and that Modi was born into a general category, he was deceiving people in our nation.

Congress leader Rahul spoke at a massive public rally as part of his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Jharsuguda, Odisha. Meanwhile, the comments came after Prime Minister Narendra Modi called himself ‘Sabse Bada OBC’ (the biggest OBC) in Parliament recently.

During his speech in Lok Sabha, PM Modi slammed the Congress for indulging in hypocrisy and adopting double standards while dealing with leaders of backward communities in the country. PM Modi also accused the Congress party and the UPA government of not delivering justice to OBCs.

In fact, the Odisha leg of Rahul Ganghi’s Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra will be completed today. Between February 9 and 10, 2024, there will be a two-day break in the yatra. The scheduled start date of the Bharat Jodo Nyay yatra in Chhattisgarh is February 11.
