PM Modi Performs Special Puja At Guruvayur Temple In Kerala’s Thrissur

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today visited Sri Krishna Swamy Temple at Guruvayur in Thrissur, Kerala. During the visit, PM Modi performed a special puja and darshan at Guruvayur Temple this morning. In fact, the Guruvayur Devaswom is a temple dedicated to Lord Guruvayurappan. However, the temple is one of the most significant places of worship for Hindus and is often referred to as Bhuloka Vaikuntham (the Holy Abode of Vishnu on Earth).
Meanwhile, PM Modi arrived in Kerala on Tuesday night. However, PM Modi has gotten a warm welcome from Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Governor Arif Mohammed Khan, MoS Muraleedharan, and BJP leader Prakash Javadekar at the Cochin International Airport in Nedumbassery. In addition to that, PM Modi conducted a mega roadshow in Kochi on Tuesday, which was attended by thousands of BJP workers.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), PM Modi will inaugurate 3 major infrastructure projects worth more than Rs. 4,000 crore during his visit to Kerala. The 3 major projects are: the New Dry Dock (NDD) at Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), the International Ship Repair Facility (ISRF) of CSL, and the LPG Import Terminal of Indian Oil Corporation Limited at Puthuvypeen in Kochi.
