The entire country is preparing for the Ayodhya Ram Temple consecration ceremony on January 22, 2024, according to Union Minister Giriraj Singh. The function will also be attended by PM Modi.
The PM was invited by the office bearers of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Tirtha Kshetra, as well as religious authorities. “India’s cultural heritage includes the Ram Temple. The nation will be engulfed in joyous celebration,” stated Giriraj Singh.
One week before to the major celebration, on January 16, 2024, Vedic rituals will be performed for the Pran-Pratishtha (consecration) ceremony of Ram Lalla (baby Lord Ram) in the Ram temple in Ayodhya.
On January 22, Lakshmi Kant Dixit, a vedic priest from Varanasi, would conduct the principal ceremonies of Ram Lalla’s consecration. Additionally, a 1008-hundred Mahayagya will be held, during which thousands will receive meals.
