The Telangana govt is launching automated testing centers statewide to issue fitness certificates for older vehicles. Vehicle owners must first book a slot online with applicable fee, then bring their vehicle to a testing station. If the vehicle passes all mandatory checks, it will be granted a fitness certificate, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
