Addressing the media in Hyderabad, Owaisi urged voters in Andhra Pradesh to rally behind the YSRCP, hailing Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy as a secular leader deeply committed to safeguarding the rights of marginalized communities, including Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Backward Classes (BC), and minorities. His endorsement underscores the perceived alignment of interests between AIMIM and YSRCP, particularly in championing the cause of minority rights and social justice.
However, Owaisi’s endorsement was not without its fair share of political jabs, as he launched scathing criticisms against Nara Chandrababu Naidu, the national president of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP).
