A big relief for workers in Telangana comes into effect from today as minimum wages have been increased for 1.11 crore employees and wage earners across the state. The Telangana Labour Dept issued the necessary orders, raising the total covered sectors to 77. The government’s unified wage model is expected to provide key benefits and ensure pay uniformity.
