Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday vowed a “befitting reply” to terrorist organizations challenging India’s security. Speaking at the Constitution Day celebrations in the Supreme Court, he paid tribute to the victims of the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. “We cannot forget today is also the anniversary of the Mumbai attack,” he stated, reaffirming India’s commitment to security.
