Punjab Police thwarted a major target killing plot linked to Canada-based terrorist Arsh Dala. Two suspects were arrested while allegedly planning attacks on rival gang members and extortion targets. As per DGP Gaurav Yadav’s post on X, both were acting on Dala’s orders. A larger terror-gangster network is under investigation.
