Karnataka CM candidate DK Shivakumar has arrived at Lok Bhavan in Bengaluru and is expected to meet the Governor shortly on arrangements for the CM’s oath ceremony. During the meeting, he is likely to discuss oath-taking dates suggested by astrologer Dwarakanath Guruji. Sources indicate that the official swearing-in date could be announced by tonight.
