Residential House Sales Drop 11% In Major Cities In Quarter-2

Apart from Hyderabad, residential house sales have declined in the top seven cities across the country. Real estate consultant Anarak O reported an 11% decrease in sales between July and September. A total of 1.07 lakh units were sold, compared to 1,20,290 units during the same quarter last year. In Hyderabad, the primary reason for the decline is a 32% increase in property prices.
