Rajasthan’s Top Bureaucrat Criticizes IAS Work Culture

Rajasthan’s Principal Secretary Ajitabh Sharma has criticized the IAS work culture. He said that 80% of the IAS officers do non-core work, and only the remaining part was for sectoral focus. He described non-core work as attending general meetings, dealing with human resources and litigation, replying to routine correspondence, etc.
