N. Korea Warns Of Serious Consequences For Countries Joining US-Led Sanctions Monitoring Team

North Korea’s Foreign Minister Choi Sun-hui condemned a new US-led multilateral sanctions monitoring team, labeling it unlawful and illegitimate. He warned that participating countries, including South Korea, Japan, and 8 others, would pay a dear price. Choi stated that this initiative denies the UN Charter and represents a smear campaign against North Korea, officially known as the DPRK.
