BJP Reaches 113 Seats In RS Party List

The Rajya Sabha updated its party list after seven Aam Aadmi Party MPs, including Raghav Chadha and Harbhajan Singh, merged with the Bharatiya Janata Party. BJP’s strength rose from 107 to 113, while AAP dropped to three. The merger, backed by the Tenth Schedule of the Constitution of India, followed the two-thirds rule, boosting BJP in the Upper House.
