Kejriwal Writes To Judge, Declines To Appear In Excise Case

Arvind Kejriwal refused to join Delhi High Court proceedings in the excise case, invoking Gandhian Satyagraha in a letter to Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma. After his recusal plea was dismissed, he alleged bias over conflict of interest and associations, questioned a fair hearing, maintained respect for the judiciary, and said he may approach the Supreme Court.
