Kerala Court Sentences Man To 141 Years For Raping Minor Stepdaughter

A court in Kerala has sentenced a man to a total of 141 years in prison for the repeated sexual assault of his minor stepdaughter over several years while her mother was away. Judge Ashraf A M of the Manjeri Fast Track Special Court imposed sentences under the POCSO Act, IPC, and Juvenile Justice Act, but he will serve a maximum of 40 years concurrently.
