Wangchuk Seeks Probe Into Civilian Deaths In Protest

Detained activist Sonam Wangchuk has called for an independent judicial inquiry into the killing of four civilians during the September 24 protests. In a letter from Jodhpur jail, he offered condolences and vowed to remain imprisoned until justice is served. He also expressed solidarity with the injured and arrested protesters.
