In 1991, India’s only Boeing 720 made an emergency landing at Nagpur Airport due to engine trouble and never flew again. A legal and financial dispute kept it grounded for decades, turning it into a safety concern near the runway. Eventually moved away, the aircraft now lies abandoned at the Nagpur Flying Club.
