₹120 Crore E-Cigarette Haul Busted By DRI

The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence seized 3 lakh e-cigarettes worth ₹120 crore in a crackdown across Maharashtra, Gujarat, Delhi and West Bengal. The prohibited devices, sourced from China, were smuggled via concealed imports. Acting on intelligence, DRI intercepted misdeclared consignments. E-cigarettes are banned in India under the 2019 law.
