India’s Tea Exports Jump 93% Since FY14: Goyal

India’s tea exports have surged 93% over the past decade, rising from ₹4,509 crore in FY2013-14 to ₹8,719 crore in FY2025-26, Union Minister Piyush Goyal said. Marking International Tea Day, he highlighted tea’s cultural significance and growing global demand, driven by better quality standards and efforts to promote India’s tea heritage worldwide.
