Wangchuk Appeals To Ladakh Protesters With Gandhian Advice

Activist Sonam Wangchuk, jailed under the National Security Act after the Sept 25 Ladakh unrest, appealed to the Ladakh people for peace and unity, urging a non-violent, Gandhian struggle for statehood. He condoled the deaths of four protesters and called for a judicial inquiry. His wife has challenged his detention in the Supreme Court, with a hearing tomorrow.
