Indians seeking better earnings abroad are increasingly turning to seasonal agricultural jobs in Europe. Farm and greenhouse roles can pay between €1,200 and €3,000 (Rs.3.32 Lakh) per month, often with free accommodation. Modern farms use mechanisation and technology, reducing heavy manual labour. Over 35,000 Indians reportedly took up such jobs in 2024.
