NSUI Moves Delhi HC Over CBSE Evaluation Process

NSUI has moved the Delhi High Court seeking an independent inquiry into alleged irregularities in CBSE’s on-screen marking system for Class 12 exams. The PIL also demands manual rechecking, extended verification access, and compensatory marks for affected students. It cites technical glitches, large-scale grievances, and concerns over fairness in evaluation.
