Air Quality Deteriorates After Diwali In Mumbai

Following the Diwali festival, pollution levels in Mumbai have surged dramatically, with crackers being ignited despite the ban. The Central Pollution Control Board reported that an AQI was in the’moderate’ category as of this morning. Officials reported that the air quality index in Colaba recorded the worst AQI of 305, followed by Sewri (284), Malad (West) (232), and Mindspace (223).
