Sivakarthikeyan Was First Choice For “LIK”

“Love Insurance Kompany” began in 2018 as “SK17” with Sivakarthikeyan and Vignesh Shivan under Lyca Productions, set in a futuristic 2040 backdrop. Creative differences led to the project being shelved. Years later, it was revived with Pradeep Ranganathan in the lead, new production backing, and finally released in 2026 to mixed responses.
